The recipe that I propose today is the italian casatiello. If you love good food, I believe you will not be able to resist.

- 500 flour
- 10 g baking powder
- 320 ml of water
- 50 g salami
- 250 g bacon
- 150 g Emmental or provolone
- 150 g Grana Padano
- half cup seed oil
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- salt to taste
Put part of the flour, baking powder in a container and slowly pour all the water.
Prepare a dough, it will be very wet. Leave to rest for 30 minutes.
Pour the rest of the flour a little at a time. Work until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
At this point, add salami, bacon, emmental, Grana Padano cheese, oil, pepper, salt.
Put in a baking tray for casatiell , well greased and floured.
Add some well-washed and dried raw eggs to the mixture.
Leave to rise until doubled.
Bake at 180 * C for one hour or until cooked.
