This very simple recipe will allow you to prepare a simple cauliflower in a different way, giving that extra touch that only spices can give.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cauliflower
- 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 200 ml of water
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 teaspoon of cardamom
- 1 teaspoon of cloves
- 1 teaspoon of fennel seeds
- 1 teaspoon of turmeric
- 1 teaspoon of coriander
- 1 teaspoon of ginger (or fresh ginger)
- Curry leaves
- 2 teaspoons of garam masala
- coconut milk 1 can of 400 ml
- salt and pepper to taste
METHOD
Wash well the Cauliflower. Put the pot on the stove with oil. Put crushed garlic. After a while add onion and tomatoes into small pieces. Add a little water, all the spices in order and at the end the cauliflower in boiling water. Cook for 10-15 minutes or until the water is sufficiently absorbed.
