Today I want to show you the meatballs I made yesterday. Very good, fast, and of course, because I live in their world, it could not miss the protagonists of Indian cuisine: the spices!
They are also made without bread and baked.
Always accompany them to a vegetable dish or a fresh salad.

INGREDIENTS (4 meatballs)
- 250 g of minced meat
- half onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- fresh mint
- mix of aromatic herbs (oregano, parsley and basil)
- Cinnamon powder
- Salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
METHOD
Mix all the ingredients like the meatballs you usually do.
The onion should be cut into small pieces (if you want, chop it with a mixer, but the mixture can be more humid).
Crush the garlic, cut the mint leaves and mix everything. Make 4 balls.
Bake in preheated oven at 180C for 20 minutes.
