A plate of vegetables should never be missing for lunch and dinner. Raw vegetables are excellent, but also cooked.
INGREDIENTS
- baby marrows
- mushrooms
- peppers 1 green, 1 yellow, 1 red
- salt a pinch
- 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
- spices to taste
METHOD
Rinse vegetables well
Cut into small pieces
Put in a baking dish and add 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil, spices to taste (I added powdered garlic, black pepper, parsley, basil, and oregano powder)
90 ml of water
Mix well
Bake for 30 min at 180 degrees Centigrade
